POG series axial fan is my company using three yuan flow, variable ring volume optimization design theory, the introduction of foreign advanced technology carefully developed. The fan has novel structure, beautiful appearance, light weight and superior performance. It has the characteristics of large air volume, high air pressure, high efficiency and energy saving, low noise, and can realize reverse ventilation under the same installation position. Its maximum full pressure efficiency can reach more than 78%. Compared with the current similar axial flow fan structure in China, the air volume is increased by 30%, the air pressure is increased by 20%, the electricity is saved by 15%, and the noise can be reduced by more than 10dBA.
Since the introduction of this series of axial fans on the market, due to its excellent performance, low noise, high efficiency and energy saving, it has been well received by customers.
POG type axial flow fan conveying no corrosion, no obvious gray gas, gas containing dust and hard particles is not more than 150mg/m3, gas temperature is not more than 50 ℃. Such as oil refining, all kinds of alcohol production spray paint, drying, rubber production, food processing, drug production and other related factories, workshops and warehouses, basements and other places for ventilation and exhaust.

The form of the fan
POG fans have 11 types and specifications according to different impeller diameters, namely N93, 3.5, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11.2 and 12, with 8-14 blades per machine and 6 blade installation angles of 15, 20, 25, 30, 35 and 40, which can be steplessly adjusted to meet different performance requirements of customers. Because the impeller is made of low magnesium aluminum alloy and has explosion-proof performance, it can transport flammable gas after supporting explosion-proof motor.

Structure of fan
Impeller part: the blade is a variable cross-section space-twisted wing-shaped blade. the wheel shell adopts a wafer-type structure and is made of aluminum alloy precision die-casting. the blade is positioned by a wafer-type hub. the blade installation angle can be adjusted arbitrarily according to the user's needs, or it can be adjusted to make the blade produce reverse flow to realize the reverse ventilation needs.
The casing part: the standard structure is horizontal, the casing is made of high-quality steel plate, and the flanges at both ends of the cylinder body are formed by spinning flanging to ensure the concentricity of the cylinder body and sufficient rigidity, so that the radial clearance of the impeller is uniform. The air collector can be installed on any side of the fan according to the airflow direction. Dismantling the air collector to be connected to the pipeline is for ventilation installation, and the removal bracket embedded in the wall is for wall installation.
Motor root root different conditions of use, using two different forms of motor. First, the standard type, the use of Y series axial flow fan special motor or ordinary Y series horizontal motor, this kind of motor is suitable for fan conveying gas is non-corrosive and non-flammable gas. Second, explosion-proof type: YB series explosion-proof fan special motor. With this motor, the fan can transport flammable gases.
