Product Description

The main purpose of T35 axial flow fan is to replace 30K4, which was introduced from the Soviet Union in the 1950 s to analyze and compare with similar foreign products. Through model test research, the fan airfoil was determined. The cylindrical hub structure was adopted and the motor was improved. The structure reduced the flow loss, thus the fan efficiency outlet was increased to 77% based on the circular area and 89.5 based on the outlet ring area, the noise (A) is reduced by 3.6dB, and the strength at the blade root is enhanced to avoid the blade fracture phenomenon.
BT35 type explosion-proof axial fan due to the use of explosion-proof measures, and the use of explosion-proof motor, it can be used as non-corrosive containing flammable, explosive gas places for general use of explosion-proof ventilation equipment.
T35, BT35 type axial fan can be used for general factories, warehouses, offices, residential ventilation or strengthen the use of heating, but also in the long exhaust pipe interval series installation, in order to improve the wind pressure in the pipeline. The gas passing through T35 shall be non-corrosive and significantly dusty, and its temperature shall not exceed 50 ℃.

The form of the fan

This series of products are divided into 13 kinds of machine numbers according to different impeller diameters, which are arranged in sequence as N2.8, 3.15, 3.55, 4, 4.5, 5, 5.6, 6.3, 7.1, 8, 9, 10, 11.2. Each machine number can be installed at 5 angles such as 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, etc.
This series of products are used in the impeller directly on the motor shaft of the direct connection structure. Facing the direction of the air inlet, the impeller rotates counterclockwise, and the air inlet direction is at the end of the impeller. The temperature shall not exceed 60 ℃, and the ventilator shall be tested for operation before leaving the factory to ensure smooth operation.

Structure of fan
T35, BT35 fan is mainly composed of impeller, casing, wind collector and other three parts.
The impeller part consists of blades and hub, which are made of thin steel plates and profiles and are fillet welded to the hub according to the selected installation.
The casing is composed of air duct and bracket, both of which are made of thin plates and profiles. There is a certain gap between the air duct and the impeller (the inner circle of the air duct of BT35 fan is riveted with aluminum lining for explosion prevention).
The air collector part is composed of air collector flange and air collector. The air collector is of circular arc type, which can reduce the loss of air flow inlet and is made of thin steel plate.
