The form of the fan
The fan matched with BF series fan box is driven by external rotor motor, with double air inlet structure, horizontal air inlet and outlet, vertical air inlet and outlet (see outline drawing for details). The fan is designed as Type A double air inlet type. Fans have 2.0A, 2.25A, 2.5A, 2.8A, 3.0A, 3.15A, 3.55A, 4.0A, 4.5A, 5.0A, a total of 10 machine numbers, 34 specifications for customers to choose from.

Structure of fan
The casing is made of high-quality cold-rolled steel plate or high-quality galvanized steel plate through mechanical biting into a whole. The surface of the shell made of cold-rolled steel plate is subjected to powder electrostatic spraying after a series of chemical treatments. The coating is solidified at high temperature and has a hard surface. It is heat-resistant and moisture-resistant, not easy to hurt, and has bright and beautiful colors. The shell made of galvanized steel plate is riveted or welded into a volute shell as a whole, the surface is not sprayed, and the shell maintains the unique luster and pattern of the original galvanized steel plate. Moisture-proof and rust-proof, beautiful and durable. The casing and the base are at 0 °, 90 ° and 180 °. Between can be arbitrarily replaced, easy to install. The volute tongue of the casing adopts a new type of noise reduction structure, which has a good noise reduction effect.

The impeller is a forward multi-blade structure. All parts are stamped and formed by steel plate molds, and are riveted by 32 to 76 thin plate arc blades and wheel covers. After static and dynamic balance correction, its vibration accuracy is below 5.6 mm/s, and it has good aerodynamic performance.
The air inlet is made of high-quality steel plate, stamped and formed, installed on both sides of the fan, and the section parallel to the axial direction is curved.
The impeller is integrated with the motor flange and installed in the casing, and its transmission loss is zero, which improves the efficiency of the whole machine.
The fan is equipped with a low-noise external rotor motor, which has the characteristics of fixed shaft and rotating shell. The impeller is mounted on the motor housing and is directly driven by the rotation of the motor housing. The motor can adopt three-phase voltage regulator, controllable voltage regulator, frequency converter and other means to realize stepless speed regulation to meet the requirements of variable system load.
Fan running vibration is very small, generally do not need to take measures to reduce vibration. Damping rubber pads or damping springs may be added to the fan support if deemed necessary.
