Structure of fan
The impeller is made of galvanized steel sheet and consists of a front plate, a rear plate and a plurality of forward arc-shaped blades. Parts are made of mechanized mold. After static and dynamic balance check, the operation is stable and reliable, with good aerodynamic performance.
The casing is made of galvanized steel plate, which is connected by spot welding after mechanization and mold processing. The structure is firm, reasonable and compact. ● The motor support is made of galvanized steel sheet and formed by mechanized mold.
The motor adopts a single-support external rotating motor, the impeller is fixed on the motor shell, the motor support end is fixed on the motor support, the motor support is fixed on the top plate of the casing, and the motor shell rotates directly to drive the impeller to run.

Conditions of use of fan

Design Selection Description
The duct fan is a forward multi-airfoil centrifugal fan, and its noise is much lower than that of the axial fan under the same air volume and air pressure. The air volume, pressure, noise and other parameters of this series of fans are put forward according to the actual needs of many projects, and are widely used in the air supply and exhaust systems in public places.
The top surface of the fan shell is marked with an arrow of the air outlet direction, which can avoid reverse installation and ensure the normal use of the air supply and exhaust system.
When the conveyed low-temperature air may cause condensation on the outer surface of the casing and pipe, the insulation layer shall be designed.
The noise of the fan is the average value measured at one meter away from the air inlet when the rated air volume and air pressure are not connected to the air duct. If equipped with inlet and exhaust ducts, the noise will be attenuated. For occasions with high noise requirements, muffler elbows or mufflers should be configured on the inlet and exhaust ducts.

Fan running vibration is very small, generally do not need to take measures to reduce vibration. If necessary in the design, damping rubber pads or damping springs can be added at the fan support.
When installing the fan, the distance between the fan and the top of the floor must be considered to facilitate the disassembly during maintenance.
