WF series fans adopt energy-saving and low-noise wall impellers and direct-connected motors. The square shell design can be easily installed on concrete walls, brick walls or light steel pressure wallboards. The square rain cover has a firm structure and beautiful appearance. It has the characteristics of low noise, large air volume, reliable operation, wide range of performance parameters, and easy installation. It is widely used in side wall ventilation in workshops of factories and mines and civil and commercial construction projects. According to the requirements of the transmission medium, it can be made into explosion-proof type.
WF series fans are generally used for side wall exhaust, equipped with 45 rain cover (or specially manufactured into 60/90 and insect net (to prevent insects from flying into the workshop through lights at night). The air outlet is equipped with louvers to ensure that the workshop is isolated from the outside when the fan is not on.

The form of the fan
This series of products are divided into 7 machine numbers of NO 2.5A, 3A, 3.5A, 4A, 4.5A, 5A and 5.6A according to different impeller diameters, and can be installed in 7 forms of 0.09 ~ 0.55kW for customers to choose from.
This series of products adopts the direct connection structure of the impeller directly on the motor shaft. Facing the direction of the air inlet, the impeller rotates counterclockwise, and the air outlet direction is at the end of the impeller. Before leaving the factory, the ventilator has been tested in operation to ensure smooth operation.

Structure of fan
WF series side wall fan blades are stamped from high-quality steel plates with high strength.
The impeller adopts a direct connection structure on the motor shaft.
The blade is a variable section space twist airfoil blade.
The standard structure of the casing is horizontal. The casing is made of high-quality steel plate bending. The flanges at both ends of the inner cylinder are formed by spinning and flanging to ensure the concentricity of the cylinder body and sufficient rigidity to make the radial clearance of the impeller uniform.
