At present, there is no unified reference standard for the anti-corrosion system of domestic fan blades, which is caused by the composition of fan blades and their special operating conditions. Fan blades are made of glass fiber composite materials, and the applicable substrates of corrosion resistance standards ISO 9223 and ISO 12944 are metal and cannot be directly referenced. Because the fan blades are mostly in a very harsh corrosive environment and rotate at high speed all year round, the linear velocity of the blade tip is often more than 70 m/s, and the corrosion condition is different from that of the steel structure, which can be clearly seen in the actual operation of each wind farm. In general, the fan blades in addition to the loss of light, pulverization and wind erosion, pollution, wear, shedding, tearing and other phenomena. The corrosive environment of fan blades has the following characteristics: strong ultraviolet radiation, strong wind, sand, dust, hail and other impact and wear, corrosion by -30~50 ℃ temperature changes, high humidity and strong salt spray corrosion in the south or coastal areas.
